Bill is a litigator with 30 years of experience handling trials, arbitrations and mediations. He joined the Firm as a partner in 2007, and has represented Firm clients in a wide range of business-related matters, including disputes involving employment law, trade secrets, business torts, breach of contract, business dissolution, commercial tenancies, real estate and quiet title claims.
Bill obtained his Bachelor’s from UCLA but, for law school, he went across town to his undergrad’s rival, USC, where he was a member of the Law Review and graduated in the top 10% of his class.
Bill and his wife, Esmee, are long-time residents of Redlands, where they raised their two children, who are now fully-employed adults and almost entirely self-sufficient, except for their stubborn refusal to leave the family’s cell phone plan.
Bill and Esmee both give back to the community, volunteering for several nonprofits. Bill is currently President of the Redlands Optimists and the President-Elect of the Redlands Chamber of Commerce.
When not working to pay for the family’s cell phones, Bill likes to read, golf and exercise, but not all at the same time.
